Construction Coordinator Job Opening in Asheville, North carolina - An established, local residential building company is seeking a new Construction Coordinator for our South Asheville office. This position requires excellent computer and organizational skills. The Coordinator is responsible for managing purchase orders and work orders, invoices and various accounting functions. The Coordinator needs to effectively communicate with sub-contractors and vendors, both on the phone and via email. Experience with Sage Master Builder, Quickbooks, and Excel is a plus, as well as familiarity with blue prints. This is a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
