Accounts Payable Analyst Job Opening in Greensboro, North carolina - Support the Accounting Department in operations related to Accounts Payable.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Processes daily vendor invoices.
Duties includes:
Review for accuracy include expense account coding
Manually key invoices (in-house and external)
Collaborate with property managers on invoice details
Collaborate with Vendors regarding invoices (current and outstanding)
Research and analyze invoices and payments for accuracy.
Respond to vendor and management inquiries regarding Payables
Process check for vendor payments and security deposit refunds
Send payments to vendors and other recipients via mail
Research check payments, stop payments and voided payments with bank as necessary
Help monitor cash management initiatives.
Communicate effectively with department team, on-site managers and vendors.
Support the department with cross-training and other staffing needs.
Other duties as needed
Experience:
Yardi Software experience
Comprehension of invoicing and purchase orders
Previous experience in Accounts Payable
Customer Service experience
Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
