RESPONSIBILITIES?
As a sales agent for Jose Medina and Associates, you will:
Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle and use of our CRM.
Schedule appointments, maintain communications with clients and outbound calling
Become proficient on time-blocking, overcoming objections and mastering sales skills
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE?
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
MUST be willing to obtain an Ohio Real Estate License
Maintain a positive attitude and customer service mentality
Organized and systematic with a strong attention to detail
Possess a firm desire to achieve goals and focus on results
Effective listening skills with the ability to build quick rapport with clients
Take direction, be coachable and work with integrity
Display resourceful problem solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tool suite, including Word and Excel
Be team orientated and learning based with sheer grit and a strong will to succeed
