LIFESTYLE CONSULTANT
**Membership Sales Experience including tanning salon/health & beauty/fitness center a PLUS!**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifestyle Consultant at our therapeutic massage retreat in Henderson.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Guest service from check in to check out.
Schedule new and return appointments based on Guest preferences.
Sell Lifestyle Program memberships, retail products, services, and gift cards.
Maintain professional front desk and reception area.
File maintenance, data entry.
Take pride and accountability in all aspects of your job.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Direct Sales and/or extensive customer service experience -- 1 Year Minimum.
Experience with computer software --spa software experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Available to work flexible hours, days, weekends--including afternoon and evening shifts.
Qualifications: You will not be considered if you do not have any kind of customer service or sales background. This position is totally geared toward the outgoing--sales driven individual. Must have sales or retail and customer service membership sales experience a plus.
