Fusion Contact Centers is looking for skilled Inbound Sales / Customer Service Specialists to join our team. At Fusion we offer an amazing friendly family environment, where employee appreciation is priority. We are an inbound call center in need of enthusiastic individuals who can listen to customers needs and then offer our unique customer service experience and innovative products. Successful candidates for this role will have a strong command of the company?s customer service philosophy, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a HS Diploma/GED and pass a typing test with a minimum of 25 WPM
Customer Service experience is a plus! (We will train those with a willing, can-do attitude!)
Must be able to pass a background check
