Title of Position: Director of SalesJob Description: As the Director of Sales for our company you will lead the concept in developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts. You will need to meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPar Index goals, along with working with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management problem. As the Director of Sales you will motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel; communicate company goals and objectives. Restuarant Sales experience is a must. The Director of Sales must have an outgoing personality and great people skills. Attention to detail and organization and having the knowledge of local area and contacts is preferred. As the Director of Sales you must have full-service brand experience.

Qualifications:
The Director of Sales must have high volume management experience of at least 3 years
A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Director of Sales must possess
The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Director of Sales
The Director of Sales must live by a guest oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
The Director of Sales you must have full service brand experience
