Practice Manager Job Opening in Elizabeth, New jersey - We are a rapidly growing specialty medical practice. We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial leader to join an established high-functioning team.
Job Responsibilities include:
Business development, including marketing development and serving as liaison to referral sources
Responsible for independent management, supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
Knowledge of all aspects of insurance, including in-network, out-network, PIP and workers compensation
Maintain efficient office workflow including scheduling and timely authorizations
Ensure positive resolution of employee and patient issues
Implement business and practice procedures, including written policies and procedures
Identify new business opportunities, competitive landscape and formulate strategy
Monitor standards of practice and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies
Ensure patient satisfaction as well as maintaining referring physician satisfaction
Establish performance objectives and standards
Qualifications:
5+ years in management, preferably healthcare field
Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
BA/BS degree minimum
Bilingual preferred
