Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in Medford, Oregon - We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper for a locally owned company with clients nationwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage invoices and daily sales information, and prepare all relevant reports
Verify correct ledger coding
Authorize payments for invoices, and key data
Audit all paperwork to ensure compliance with company systems and standards
Prepare and present to management all financial statements
Prepare budgets, manage relationships with various products and services
Negotiate and purchase supplies and equipment, manage payroll, and other related HR tasks
EXPERIENCE:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience In the absence of a Bachelor's Degree
Candidates must have at least 5 years of accounting experience.
Must be committed, focused, and dedicated to building a career.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. QuickBooks a must.
This is a full time position with benefits.
