Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payable Job Opening in Sedona, Arizona - Accounting Assistant - Come work for a Company that sells FUN! Pink Jeep Tours in Sedona is seeking an A/P Accounting Assistant. Primary duties include accounts payable, vendor account and credit card reconciliations, data entry, and other miscellaneous projects for multi-location payables. Qualified candidates must have prior experience in A/P, two + years accounting, bookkeeping or related experience, and proficiency in MS Office suite; Sage 100 experience preferred. A.A. degree or equivalent level education in Accounting also preferred; Candidate must have strong organizational, analytical and math skills; accuracy and attention to detail; excellent communication and customer service skills, strong initiative, and work well in a team environment. This position works full-time Mon-Fri. We offer competitive pay and benefits. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.
