Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Chandler, Arizona - Cactus Semiconductor, Inc is a specialized engineering services company looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can ensure company financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. Candidate must possess the willingness to do what it takes to the get the job done with efficiency and accuracy. This role requires an organized, self-starter who can work independently. As crucial as accounting principles experience will be, this candidate must also possess the ability to jump in and assist with other requests unrelated to General Ledger responsibilities.

Accrual Accounting Method & GAAP Practices
Job Costing Principles
Project based Accrual Revenue Recognition
A/R, A/P, General Ledger, journal entries and cash account reconciliations
Monthly Sales Tax Reports
Payroll Processing
Employee Benefits and 401K Admin Tasks
Ability to create and manage financial reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
Desired Skills: Preparing & filing multi-state quarterly/annual payroll tax returns and assistance with CPA on Year-End/Income Tax return support
Education/Mandatory Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent 5 years? experience equivalent in a Full-Charge Position with Payroll
Proficient in Enterprise QuickBooks - minimum 3 years of recent experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
