Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in New York, New york - Manages the A/R and all corresponding aging reports and collection practices
Manages the A/P and all corresponding reports and practices.
Manages bank deposits and account transfers as assigned.
Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Month end closing financial process / Reports
Prepares and coordinates tax reports required by US and CA Regulatory Agencies and Tax Authorities.
Compiles and analyzes financial and general ledger account information, P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
Assist in the management of the New York office daily operations as the liaison to the building management team, office equipment representatives, and other third party contacts.
Monitor monthly sales reports.
Ensure that all customer payment term, discount, rebate and allowance get approval in accordance with the corporate AR policy (HK central team is currently compiling the policy
Regularly review the hold-up and unship inventory with the sales team
Prepare the regular reports as requested by HK central team and Finance team
Coordinate with HK Finance Team to obtain the monthly financial data for expense control and statutory reporting purpose
Work with Sales team in the process of invoicing monthly orders / Input of invoices in company system
Investigate, dispute, prepare customer?s claims / chargebacks
Monitor inventory ? coming to US & Canada and the stock in our warehouse-
Assist Management with sales / accounting projects - reports

Required experience:
Bookkeeping: 4 years
