Accountant Job Opening in Glens Falls, New york - Growing Company looking for a part time experience bookkeeper.
Accountant will be paid based on experience.
Accountants duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reconciliation of cash accounts.
- Accounts receivable, posting payments and credits, reviewing for accuracy and collections.
- Accounts payable, maintain and reviewing for accuracy.
- Inventory.
- Payroll, an outside firm handles it but must be familiar with payroll issues and reporting and posting in QuickBooks.
- Sales Tax- Preparation of sales tax return.
- Budgeting and reporting to management.
- Job costing.
Experience with QuickBooks is a MUST!
