Choice Logistics, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team in the role of Accounts Receivable Analyst . The ideal candidate for this role must be an enthusiastic team player as well as an individual contributor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Monthly Storage Billing for network
Update and maintain client and vendor pricing in ERP system
Ensure timely invoicing of charges to clients
Prepare and distribute invoices to specific clients
Process client credits as necessary
Work with Client Services department to address all invoicing inquires
Apply cash receipts into the Accounts Receivable system (MS Great Plains)
Monitor/review accounts receivable aging report details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities according to client payment net terms
Research, analyze and resolve any payment discrepancies
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail
Distribute weekly and monthly client aging reports
Assist with Month-End closing
:
Strong MS Excel skills required; Access skills are a plus
Proficient in other MS Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong accounting/finance acumen
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a high pressure environment
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills necessary
Must possess excellent follow up skills
Must be an enthusiastic team player as well as an individual contributor
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines
Schedule flexibility to meet department needs required
Proficient with MS Great Plains a plus

Bachelor?s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
5+ years of related experience
