Job Description
The Sales Administrator serves as a point of contact for factories, customers and others with inquiries about products, orders and deliveries, provides support for sales representatives and assists the company in its marketing through presentations and trade shows.
Duties and Responsibilities
Processes orders via email and telephone
Ensures data accuracy in orders and invoices;
Develops and maintains a filing system that keeps all active sales and communications files available digitally and in hard copy form
Takes the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations
Ensures the inventory of sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
Acts as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or products
Contacts factories and customers to obtain pricing and other information or answer inquiries
Develops sales reports
Communicates important feedback from customers internally
Monitors sales targets and reports any deviations
Keeps up-to-date on all products and features
Skills & Abilities
Experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Maintains a friendly and harmonious manner
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
