Responsibilities for B2B Account Executive
Generating revenue through the acquisition of new clients and the identification of additional revenue streams in existing clients.
Maintaining a consistent level of high-quality Outside Sales prospecting/lead identification. This includes cold-calling, face-to-face meetings and developing leads generated via trusted advisors, networking, emails, events and social media platforms.
Supporting business development initiatives at events through participation, execution, and collaboration, including pre-event and post-event activities.
Provide reports on pipeline and outside sales activity, performance-to-plan status, account development, client information and trends as may be required by management.
Requirements for B2B Account Executive
1-year sales experience: preferably selling professional services to small and midsize companies.
Skilled and knowledgeable in the use of a CRM to maintain accurate information, track client and lead activity and produce various client related reports.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue generation goals in a competitive environment.
Can-do, positive mental attitude, exhibited by proactive engagement, commitment and follow through, overcoming challenges, treating all with respect, candor and complete communication that empowers individual and team resilience and optimism.
Benefits for B2B Account Executive
Current Annual Base Salary: $39,755.00
Increase (Increase Percent: 1.0009% after 6 months of employment): $398.10
New Annual Base Salary (effective after 6 months of employment): $40,173.10
100% of Commission to be paid if monthly quota is met: $4,160.00 per month or $49,920.00 annually.*
Percentage of commission is flexible and may raise or lower to match the percentage of commission met per month.
