Accounts Payable Specialist Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - The candidate we are seeking must have previous successful work related experience with data entry. The billing specialist must be able to audit and process customer invoices. They must also be able to assist carriers with questions over the phone in a courteous and professional manner. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong communications skills, skilled in Windows X P, have the ability to multi-task and handle multiple phone calls.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Auditing invoices and assisting carriers with billing questions
Taking inbound calls
Making outbound calls
Data Entry
Processing customer invoices
Qualifications:
The required qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
Self motivated with the ability to learn computer applications quickly and efficiently
Microsoft Access knowledge
Attention to detail
Problem solving
Improve current processes and build new ones

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
