Successful wholesale manufacturing company has immediate opening for a full time order processing clerk to work with a great team in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
This is an entry-level position assisting the accounting department in entering orders received by our customers through EDI, Customer Portals, and e-mail. This position works closely with our sales and warehouse departments to ensure timely shipments and accurate orders.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Retrieving orders from our EDI partner, Email, or Customer Portals
Entering orders into the system
Invoicing
Verifying and Updating Inventory
Working with our customers to solve problems and ensure accuracy
Assisting with answering phones and directing
Qualifications
Requires Microsoft Office experience; exceptional accuracy, ability to multi-task and problem solve successfully, and work under tight deadlines.
Must have:
Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
Positive attitude
