We are seeking to hire a strong leader with an existing team of Mortgage Bankers and a proven track record working with third party (aggregator) mortgage leads. We have invested heavily in building out proprietary technology that enables us to compete aggressively in the aggregator market. The implementation of our new technology has increased originations and the need to expand our contact centers and add sales leadership.
We currently operate 3 direct to consumer call centers and are looking to add at least two more.
We are open to hire in any state in the US.
The company is licensed in almost all 50 states and is a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae approved originator.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 5 or more years of experience managing mortgage bankers sourcing business from third parties / aggregators
- Familiar with mortgage contact center technologies and best practices for aggregator leads
- Highly motivated and driven to grow their division
- Maniacal focus on success
- Has an existing team of strong mortgage bankers experienced in third party/aggregator leads
Job responsibilities include:
- Managing 20+ or more mortgage bankers
- Setting monthly banker and branch production goals and managing aggressively towards those goals
- Working closely with the marketing manager to ensure proper staffing and preparedness for any new marketing campaigns
- Close management of sales key performance indicators and implementing necessary strategies to ensure optimal performance
- Ability to recruit loan officers currently licensed in 10+ states
