As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the sales team, building not only our inside sales, but growing an outside sales presence. Additionally, you will be responsible for the marketing of our brand and developing and executing a marketing plan. Experience in retail sales and marketing as well as e-commerce is a must.
JOB DUTIES
Work closely with customers and employees to learn current process and identify areas for improvement of customer experience & retention, as well as new business opportunities.
Manage marketing and social media platforms to build the brand and grow sales.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral for multiple media outlets (print and digital).
Develop and implement strategies for online and in-store revenue increases.
Build systems and processes to enhance and maintain high levels of team morale.
Responsible for the training and development of Customer Experience Representatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree

Knowledge of MAC OS
Knowledge of Adobe Suites
