On-site New Homes Sales Agent Job Opening in Buford, Georgia - New Home Sales South Forsyth County, Gwinnet County, South Jackson County, South Hall County
Seeking a Full Time Licensed Sales Agent for a new construction community . We are looking for someone with strong communication and computer skills, who is well organized and has new construction sales experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Prospecting for potential customers
-Meeting with potential customers to access building needs
-Reach out to the realtor community, businesses, referrals and local resources to promote community
-Exercise timely and consistent follow through with customers from initial contact, the purchase and financing process.
-Prepare/execute sales contracts with purchasers
-Coordinate closings
-Complete weekly sales and traffic report
-Complete quarterly competition report
-Participate in sales meetings bi weekly
SKILLS/ABILITIES DESIRED:
-Prior new home sales experience preferred
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to organize, coordinate, multi-task and complete work accurately while meeting deadlines
-Strong negotiator
-Trustworthy/honest
-Self Motivating
-Excellent teamwork skills. Work closely w/superintendent and marketing directors
-Diligent about following up with potential customers
-Strong closer
-Computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
-Familiarity with social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
This position requires weekend hours. Typical schedule would be Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11-6pm and by appointment
