Fineway Ceramics is one of the major proppant technology company in oil and gas industry. Since 2008, FineWay Ceramics has been supplying bauxite-based ceramic proppants in North America. We offer a full range of ceramic proppants in standard mesh sizes, and custom mesh sizes upon request. We also supply a wide variety of advanced ceramic raw materials and industrial ceramics, like silicon nitride, silicon carbide, zirconia, alumina, etc. We are committed to building strong, sustainable partnerships with our customers that are flexible to their changing needs.
Fineway Ceramics is seeking ambitious sales representatives to create new business accounts in North America. The ideal candidates should have very strong outside sales skills, good knowledge of hydraulic fracturing and proppants, and extensive industrial networks in Oil&Gas industry.
Job description:
Build executable strategic plan to expose Fineway products and technology to well service and E&P companies.
Meet and exceed sales objectives
Generate new leads through research,networking, cold calls and marketing strategies.
Understand customer business and operating conditions, recommend appropriate proppant for the most productive wells.
Visit customers, determine competitive market price,prepare and deliver clear and persuasive product presentations, follow customers until close the deal.
Build and maintain customer relationship and brand loyalty, leverage company?s resource to make cross-sell.
Bring back customers? voice, analyze industry trend and recommend changes in products.
Represent the Company and products at trade shows.
Submit weekly sales reports and analysis to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree is preferred for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.
Over five years of sales experience in oil and gas industries. Prior sales experience in proppant is preferred.
Proven ability to strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Able to prospect new accounts by professional networking, industry research, and cold-calling.
Candidates must be organized and have excellent oral presentation and communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and self-directed with the ability to independently manage time and projects.
