Account Analyst- Pharmacy Job Opening in Fort Worth, Texas - Job Description:
The Account Analyst is responsible for supporting eRx Network's pharmacy retail and software vendor customers with data analytics and business requirement consultation in collaboration with the Account Manager.
Job Duties:
Produce and analyze data to provide meaningful analysis and actionable reporting in support of an assigned group of Pharmacy customers.
Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure accurate and timely deliverables to customers and internal management.
Work closely with the customers to track and resolve issues, gather business requirements, provide regular verbal/written status reports, and maintain setup and results.
Ensure that the client?s needs and contractual obligations are met.
Create and maintain reference materials for the Account Management department.
Work closely with the product and technical teams to create and test solutions, record and track technical issues and implement any needed service modifications.
Develop successful working relationships with customers though day to day contact; building client's credibility through operational collaboration.
Job Requirements and Experience:
Advanced Excel skills are a necessity.
3-5 years experience in data analytics and customer-facing role
Pharmacy Industry experience and/or Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
SQL experience preferred
Strong communication skills required.
