Sales Associate Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - Sales Associate: Reports to: Store Manager
SUMMARY: The position is responsible for assisting store management on various operational duties and providing superior customer support for quality service, customer satisfaction and driving profitability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a professional and friendly environment for all customers and fellow associates.
Achieve or exceed all individual and team sales goals/standards.
Maintain a superior level of customer service.
Attend all in-store training and meetings to be able to successfully assist customers in the purchase of PANDORA products.
Respond timely to customer inquiries, needs and problems.
Responsible for daily activities as well as the housekeeping and inventory needs of the retail store location.
Receive and process all payments received.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and on holidays as needed.
One year sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
Reliable transportation
