Property Title Search Specialists Job Opening in Southampton, Pennsylvania - ProTitleUSA is a fast-paced, rapidly growing nationwide title company. We have immediate openings for entry-level positions as Property Title Search Specialists at our main office in Southampton, PA.
Candidate Must Have:
-At least two years? experience working in an office setting
-Must type an average of at least 50 words per minute
-Must be computer savvy and fluent in web browsing (IE Microsoft Word and Excel, Windows OS)
-Individual must be detail oriented, responsible and a fast learner
-High level reading comprehension and information retention necessary
Duties:
-Search for and verify titles to property
-Provide tax and assessment information, which may require phone calls to county tax collectors
-Search real estate records for deeds, mortgages, liens and other pertinent documents
-Provide client with accurate property reports ranging from current owner to full title searches
Prior experience would be beneficial; however, training will be provided to suitable candidates.
No prior Title company experience is required.
This is a full-time position. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday.
Salary will begin at $15/hour. Healthcare and Dental are offered after 90 days of employment.
