Preferred candidates will have at least 2-3+ years medical device, disposables or other successful hospital product sales experience. The company will also seriously consider top ranked pharmaceutical reps as well if they can produce highly successful individual documentation of their sales track record and if they have a strong desire to sell in the medical device market place and be judged and rewarded solely on their own sales abilities. Highly qualified and successful B2B experienced candidates might also be seriously considered if they can demonstrate exemplary performance in meeting and exceeding their sales goals on an ongoing basis during the last 3+ years as well. Documentation of a successful ability to meet and exceed sales expectations is a must in all cases.
