Role : Entry Level Financial Accountant
Duration : Contract to Hire or Direct Hire

General Summary
Provides basic or routine accounting support for one or more financial accounting areas, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming cash receipts and apply against open customer accounts daily
Receive, code, enter and route for approval all vendor invoices
Process payments of approved vendor invoices
Monthly credit card and bank reconciliations
Sending collection emails and making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
Process invoices and enter accounts payable
Process invoices and enter accounts receivable
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills
Strong excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups, basic formulas)
Recent Business graduate with a Bachelor's Degree
A few internships or 1 year of experience preferred
