Jr. Sales Specialist Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - OrePac Building Products is looking for a motivated, positive individual, who wants a company to grow and advance with. The Jr. Tyvek Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting territory-specific Sales efforts, by selling all OrePac products: Doors, Tyvek, Molding and Millwork. This position offers a special opportunity to start at entry level and learn our business from the ground up, advancing into a full sales position and receiving a great deal of training along the way.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the efforts of Tyvek Specialists and Accounts Managers, to meet the Annual Sales Plan
Execute Territory and Key Account initiatives set forth by Area Manager
Support daily customer needs for samples, complaint handling, and general administration
Support Tyvek Specialists and Account Managers in efforts to provide product training to channel partners.
Support execution strategies with product launches.
Assist in National and Regional initiatives to create demand, such as promotions, and maximize value through steady communication and metrics
Understand key trends in local markets, distributors and DSR?s.
Conduct product demonstrations in accordance with Account Manager?s growth initiatives
Execute and follow up with the Tyvek Specifications program within a territory, creating down channel demand
Maintain critical contacts, account details, and critical conversations, supporting the Area Manager as job description is not intended to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. QUALIFICATIONS:
BS, BA, or Trade School in a construction related fields or 2 years equivalent experience in residential construction.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
A passion to roll up your sleeves and conduct engaging, hands-on, product demonstrations.
Positive, resourceful, can-do attitude
Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, organizational agility.
Strong computer skills, Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
Able to Travel 50% of the time
Fluency in Spanish helpful
