The Red Door is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst for our office in Tempe, AZ.
Position Summary :
Handle daily and weekly sales reporting, various operations reports and research variances. Assist in annual budget process and perform other various duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access with ability to troubleshoot complex formulas and create queries. Must be detail oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Accounting or finance experience a plus, BS in accounting or finance preferred.
Job Duties:
Prepare daily and weekly sales flash reports.
Prepare various weekly operational reports.
Response to questions from field and management in timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Excel experience required, Access experience preferred.
Detailed-oriented with strong organization and administrative skills
Excellent problem solving abilities
Self-starter, with ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle heavy work volume
Team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
