Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Gilbert, Arizona - Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant Job Description:
Supports accounting and operations by entering and tracking data, filing documents, running software programs, and other additional administrative duties.
Accounting Clerk Job Duties:
This position will be responsible for:
Confirming and entering new sales orders
Processing, tracking, and recording sales orders before and after shipment
Creating and sending purchase orders
Tracking and recording all incoming inventory (ingredients, supplies, etc.)
Other tasks, as needed
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
This position will be responsible for:
General receptionist duties (answering phones, etc.)
Filing documents and maintaining records for the office
Maintaining cleanliness of office area
Optional taste testing of new products
Other tasks, as needed
Accounting Clerk Skills and Qualifications:
QuickBooks
Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
