Outside Sales Engineer Job Opening in Paducah, Kentucky - Allegiance Staffing is currently looking for an Outside Sales Engineer for a direct hire placement at a local company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Outside Sales Engineer is primarily responsible to generate revenue and profits for the company. The company?s reputation is often contingent upon how the sales engineer represents him/herself and the company, therefore it is imperative that all interaction supports the mission and values of the company.
The responsibilities of the Outside Sales Engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Become an ?Expert? for all product lines & system types
2. Build customer relationships with excellent customer service and retention in mind
3. Work with sales support staff to assure accuracy of proposals
4. Execute the full cycle sales process in accordance to best practices of the company
5. Attend and be prepared for weekly sales meetings
6. Meet or exceed individual sales revenue objectives
7. Meet required Key Performance Metrics (KPM?s)
8. Maintain customer information and activity in the CRM system
9. Work with the entire sales team to help each other meet business objectives
10. Onsite as required
11. Stay involved with the sale through warranty period and beyond
SPECIFICATIONS
Required
· 4-year technical degree or equivalent
· Ability to travel within territory as needed to develop/maintain customer relationships
· Familiarity with HVAC design and systems
· Strong mathematics and physics understanding
· Well rounded (professional and personal)
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred
· Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years? experience in B2B outside sales
· Familiarity with construction and ability to read construction documents
Desired
· Experience in selection and sizing of equipment
· Project Management experience
