*3 years managerial experience in a sales position
*5 years sales experience
*1 year experience recruiting and hiring sales persons
*Ability to travel between locations to assist with training in future endeavors
In this position, you will assist with reviewing applications, hiring sales agents, and training. Pay will be commission plus a percentage of sales agents working under you. Assisting with training is a must, and you will be required to obtain basic knowledge of the sheds we build.
