As a Store Sales Associate you will follow the coaching and sales lead of the store management team to maximize selling. You will lead customers through the process of selecting, coordinating, measuring and fitting clothing and accessories. We will support you by offering a comprehensive, on-going training program.
Our Store Sales Associates are responsible for keeping the store and its merchandise properly maintained to the company?s visual merchandise standards including general housekeeping. You, too, must maintain a professional, well groomed appearance. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different. You will need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on store business needs. You have the ability to impact your personal income through commission sales.
