Automotive Sales Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales pros for new and used vehicles. In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help close the sale, but secure customers for life.
Automotive Sales Job Responsibilities:
Automotive Salespersons take the customers through the sales process supported by proven selling steps, policies, and procedures
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery and follow-up)
Develop and demonstrate a high level of product knowledge regarding vehicle features
Perform vehicle walk around and demonstration test drives with customers.
Work with Sales Managers in order to present Purchase or Lease options to customers.
Maintain an owner follow-up process that encourages repeat business and contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prospect for new customers and customer referrals through emails, phone calls, and internet leads.
Automotive Sales Job Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Automotive sales background preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
Fast Learners with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
Ensure that every single customer and employee is treated with respect.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment
Professional appearance and work ethic
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
