They have acquired a solid and extensive expertise in the industry and a worldwide reputation as a reliable partner.
We are searching for an experienced National Sales Executive to sell our product line of high-quality FR, Non-FR and Technical fabrics. The role requires a consultative, solution-oriented approach and a strong foundation of new business development experience to establish new customers and manage, support, retain, and develop new business opportunities in current customer accounts. Very strong stable company ? excellent new opportunity!
Candidate must be based in the Houston, TX or surrounding area.
Job Functions:
This individual will be responsible for managing and growing existing account?s profit margin
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aggressively
Position themselves as a technical expert to the industry
Execute company sales strategies efficiently
Responsible for providing customer forecast monthly/quarterly
Responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports of sales activity
Responsible for developing and achieving strategic objectives quarterly
Stay up to date with factors impacting the market
40% travel to visit customers/prospects
Work assigned tradeshows & conferences
Work the US territory
Ideal Candidate :
Minimum of 4 years of successful territory sales experience in a consultative-based sales role in a manufacturing or industrial-focused sales environment
Strong technical aptitude or previous experience in product applications
Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing new business
Strong customer-focused, relationship and retention ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working national tradeshows
Experience working independently from a home or virtual office environment
Experience in using pull-through sales strategy a plus
Experience in introducing new products to the marketplace
Proficient in use of technology, computers and software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, CRM Software. etc.)
Experience working independently from a home or virtual office environment
High school degree required; College degree in Business or related field preferred
Based in Houston, TX or surrounding area
