Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for directing or supervising care delivered by other healthcare workers, including student nurses, licensed practical nurses, and less-experienced RNs
Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications
Previous hospital or psych experience
Ability to adapt to working in different facilities is essential
6 months of RN experience is required
RN license or equivalent education
