Join a rapidly growing agency servicing a 50 mile radius of Tulsa, OK . Previous Home Health experience in OASIS documentation , Medicare guidelines and Quality Assurance is required. If you are looking to learn, grow, and have autonomy and flexibility, Interim is the place for you!
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current state license in good standing.
One (1) year of nursing experience.
Able to provide proof of current Basic Life Support (BLS) training including adults, children and infants.
