MANDITORY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

? 8+ years direct experience with ServiceNow Sr leader level experience for Architect role. More specialized (i.e., less broad) experience will be considered (i.e. Sr or Mid-level SNOW specialist) @ different pay rates

? ServiceNow SME ? expert level hands-on experience spanning SNOW architecture & functional features. Consultative personality & ability to lead customers towards a SNOW solution.

? Skilled with customer consulting, requirements/process/functional specifications, existing ITSM/Service Desk evaluation, SNOW design/architecting, functional specification, workflow customizations, migration planning, configuration, implementation, optimization

? Responsible for core system configuration. Customize SNOW and facilitate rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow. Serve as technical lead for extended deployment team consisting of administrators, implementation, integration, configuration and managed services specialists

? Capacity administering an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI configuration, catalog items, reports, and updates

? Comfortable deploying ServiceNow in a multi-datacenter environment

? Serve as escalation for troubleshooting L3 problems as related to SNOW

? Lead role for presales discussions, client advising, ITSM architecture, Customer Service Management/ServiceDesk specification, implementation and operational validation

? Performed overall SNOW mapping of client business requirements to technical requirements.

? Hands-on with various ServiceNow application functions and service modules including: Customer Service Management, HR Management, IT Asset Management, IT Operations Management, Performance Analytics, IT Business Management, IT Service Management

? Provide leadership with solutioning function across key aspects of SNOW including functional module selection, functionality, process flow, process redesign, reporting, etc.

? Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project

? Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements

? Worked closely with cross functional teams of specialists including legacy application specialists, integration specialists, Project Manager, other technical architects and supporting team members. Self-motivated, sense of urgency, deliverables oriented

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentations, white boarding, roadmapping, consultative conversational ability



PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

? B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent

? Broad understanding of overall IT Service Management (ITSM) technologies that may include competitive brands such as BMC Remedy Service Management, HPE IT Service Management, CA Service Management, IBM Control Desk, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, etc.

? Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator), ServiceNow Fundamentals, Application Development Fundamentals in ServiceNow, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Financial Management Fundamentals; ITIL V3 certifications
