Inside Sales/Warehouse Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Statco Engineering is an industry leader in the design, modification, and implementation of sanitary process systems used in the dairy, food and beverage, and bio-pharmaceutical fields.
The Inside Sales representative will communicate with customers relating to request for orders, quotations, and lead times by fax, telephone, or email. This position will also build quotations on standard products, write orders and communicate pertinent information on them to customers. The primary duty involves tracking and following up on the leads.
Handle all phone inquiries
Participating fully in training sessions, meetings,
Inside sales after training
Outbound and inbound account management.
Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
Follow up on status of orders from related departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.
Working in warehouse, moving product, loading and unloading
Skills:
Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Physically able to lift up to 75lbs.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
