Full Time Kitchen Designer
3+ years of proven, effective kitchen design and sales experience
Portfolio demonstrating design expertise
Ability to communicate successfully with customers, builders, sub contractors and vendors
Ability to design, sell, order and manage projects from inception to completion
Self-motivated, responsible, and possess superior listening skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Jobsite measures, status visits, consultations required
Proficient 20/20 skills, version 10 +
Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
Available to work Saturdays
Pay Structure:
Straight salary for initial 3 or 6 month period, mutually agreed upon
Base salary plus commission moving forward
Benefits:
Health insurance available after 60 days, INDISCO pays 50% of premium
Group Life coverage $25,000
Short and Long Term Disability, subject to insurance company approval
SEP IRA contributions after 3 complete, consecutive, calendar years of employment
Bonus Period in March based on prior year's performance
Average of 7 paid holidays, 6 sick days, 2 personal days and 2 weeks vacation time per full year.
