Project Estimator & Sales Support Specialist Job Opening in Oakfield, Maine - The Project Estimator & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for producing accurate and timely log home material package price quotes; assisting sales staff with pricing and product-related questions; communicating pricing and product details with sales staff and prospective customers; and assisting in the management of Katahdin?s nationwide dealer network.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Prepare and revise material package pricing from provided sketch / drawing
Communicate with dealers and sales staff to determine package content and facilitiate revisions, sales & delivery
Assist in the recruitment and daily support of Katahdin?s nationwide dealer network
Assist in maintaining dealer relations
Represent the company at sales-related functions (home shows, seminars, etc.)
Assist customers with product and pricing questions
Respond to incoming dealer & customer correspondence and provide necessary information, materials, etc.
Assist in sales lead management
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
outstanding communication skills
basic construction knowledge (Preferred)
the potential to learn and grow in a fast paced envrionment
ability to easily adapt to new technologies.
great attention to detail
ability to multi-task
working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
intermediate or better math skills
