Inside Sales Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Yarmouth, Maine - My client in Yarmouth is currently seeking an Inside Sales Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, temp to perm opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering incoming calls
* Providing administrative support to 2 outside sales reps
* Providing client service to customers and vendors
* Setting up quotes for clients/vendors
* General administrative duties: scanning, copying, emailing correspondence
Attention to detail is critical in this role. The successful candidate will also be computer savvy (my client uses their own computer program and are willing to train on it. MS Excel, Word and Outlook are also used). This is a small, but busy office and multi-tasking is necessary throughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 /hour
