Outbound Sales Representative Job Opening in Auburn, Maine - KICTeam is currently looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Auburn, ME. This position will concentrate on cold-calling customers to generate business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
Cold calling a designated customer list generating business opportunities while explaining products and services in detail.
Prompt potential customers to purchase product.
Obtain or verify customer information, including address, phone number and updating CRM.
Record call transactions in CRM.
Follow up on prospective sales leads.
Follow up to customer correspondence.
Escalate opportunities to the sales team.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
Position Requirements
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven and results-oriented.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
High school diploma or equivalent.
This is a full-time position with a salary dependent upon experience.
