PRP Coordiantor Job Opening in Annapolis, Maryland - Innovative Therapeutic Services, Corp.(ITS) is seeking to hire a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Coordinator who will be dedicated to helping children and adolescents reach their full potential. The psychiatric rehabilitation coordinator will ensure that every parent?s concerns are heard and addressed during the session. The psychiatric rehabilitation coordinator will work with the client in order to her improve social skills, anger management, daily living skills, conflict resolution strategies, etc. Currently, ITS provide services to clients in Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Charles County, Montgomery County, Prince George?s County and Baltimore City.

The Candidate will report directly to our Program Director.
Requirements: Candidate must be computer literate and demonstrate strong organization, time management and writing skills with 2 years of experience working with and adults with a mental health diagnosis. Additionally, the candidate must have a valid driver?s license with a fully insured and reliable vehicle to be used in the course of daily work.
Additional Requirements:
Weekly sessions for one(1) hour which focus on one goal per week in the client?s Individualized Rehabilitation Plan. Weekly progress notes will need to be written each week.
Monthly summaries are required at the end of each month. Four (4) visits per month are required either offsite or onsite.
Two (2) Monthly onsite groups are required to help the client improve and maintain social skills.
Collaboration with the client?s therapist and resources in their community will be required.
Updates to the client?s Individualized Rehabilitation Plans are required every 90 days
Monthly trainings are required. Free CEUs will be provided during these trainings.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in human services field i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling
Experience: Must have a minimum of (2)years of experience working with with mental health Background Check: Will be required
