Health Care/Outside Sales & Marketing Representative Job Opening in Greenville, South carolina - Position Type:
- Seeking a contract-based representative that will provide services to a statewide program by creating community contacts and program awareness with contracted pharmacies. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining the pharmaceutical sector of the program and establishing constant business relationships, while using current contacts to create synergies and new business opportunities. Candidate will also be responsible for growth in his/her territory and will be evaluated based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience and outside sales preferred/required
- High School Diploma/GED required, college preferred
- Must communicate efficiently via email and phone
- Must be professional with excellent verbal communication & representation skills
- Recognize problems and react quickly and effectively to resolve them
- Able to be self-motivated and reliant
- Keep up to date with local market and healthcare trends
- Have access to reliable transportation and willing to travel within Greenville and Surrounding Areas
Job Description:
- Representative will service our program by creating community contacts and program awareness at participating pharmacies, clinics and hospitals. He or she will be responsible for maintaining the pharmaceutical sector of the program and establishing ongoing business relationships.
- Representative must submit bi-weekly reports on activity.
- Be available to represent the state program at different functions and community events. Use current contacts to create synergies and new business opportunities.
Territory: Greenville, SC and surrounding areas
Compensation: $2,500.00 per month
Variable increase based upon performance review defined by the state director. This is a 1099 independent contractor relationship and the candidate selected will be responsible for their own expenses (cell phone, auto, home office needs, etc.) Expenses will be defined / outlined during interview process. Printed program and marketing materials will be provided.
