Med Surg RN Responsibilities:
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Administer patient care
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Assist to establish patient treatment plans
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Maintain accurate patient medical records
Med Surg RN Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Current nursing license within good standing
