Sycamore USA is the North American distributor for Big Wipes? Products, a brand of high-performance cleaning wipes for Industrial and Professional Trade applications. We have an aggressive growth strategy and are looking for an ambitious professional, keen on learning, sales manager, to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Monthly / Quarterly goal and objective tracking and reporting
Find and secure new accounts either in person, through email or over the phone
Cultivate existing relationships with current customers
Conduct training and demo days for customer?s sales teams and in branches.
Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation and customer marketing activity.
Hand on product demonstrations at all times
Participate in national and regional trade shows / customer appreciation events / Customers floor days etc.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information
Lead and schedule meetings
Maintain adequate pipeline (communicate customer ideas and goals to management) to achieve goals
Accurately forecast business results
Perform other related duties as required or requested
Attend tradeshows and meetings throughout North America as required
Travel requirements 40%
Qualifications and skills:
4+ years? proven experience in manufacturer Industrial B2B sales.
Bachelor?s degree in professional sales, business or related field
Ability to design and implement both short-term and long-term business strategies
Strong customer service, communication and presentation skills.
Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team and
Customer outreach:
Ability to be flexible and Multi-task, work independently and within a team.
Ability to interact with any level within an organization.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with CRM software preferred.
