Receptionist/ Scheduling Assistant Job Opening in Morgantown, West virginia - Interim HealthCare of Morgantown is seeking an Office Assistant for our busy Morgantown Office! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment and thrive with having multiple tasks at hand, hold strong computer and phone skills, and are dedicated to managing your time efficiently, please apply! Part time position does have opportunity to increase hours in the future.
Office Assistant Job Requirements include:
Previous experience in an Office environment.
Previous experience in the HealthCare field preferred.
Previous experience tracking, faxing, and managing doctor's orders.
Organization, Time Management, Multi-Tasking, and Staying Detail Oriented necessary.
Ability to pass drug test and necessary pre-employment screenings.
Job duties including payroll, insurance authorizations, or scheduling is a plus!
