RN MDS Coordinator Job Opening in England, Arkansas - Cavalier Healthcare of England is seeking to hire an RN MDS Coordinator. Experience in long term care is preferred but not required. RAC-CT certification is highly recommended. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Administer patient assessments
Set assessment schedules
Ensure assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner according to regulations
Transmit assessments to CMS
Develop and coordinate care plans
