Regional Account Manager Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Shoes For Crews, LLC - Regional Account Manager - Core Sales based in Vegas area.
The Account Manager is responsible for growing sales by developing and executing strategic plans, leveraging relationships and delivering best-in-class service to a portfolio of assigned accounts. This position also prepares and delivers sales presentations, business reviews and proposals to achieve results.
Shoes For Crews, LLC (SFC) is a dynamic designer, manufacturer and marketer of the most technologically advanced, top-rated slip-resistant footwear for the food service, hospitality, industrial, and healthcare workplaces. SFC protects over 3.5 million workers per year in over 120,000 workplaces from slip and fall accidents. For over 30 years, the Company has built its reputation through innovative product development technologies, proprietary manufacturing, and distinct niche marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Promotes and sells Shoes For Crews footwear to assigned portfolio of customers through phone and email campaigns, consultative meetings, product and program presentations and trade-show and event participation
Delivers an explanation of product features, program benefits and corporate services showcasing Shoes For Crews ability to deliver on customer expectations
Delivers and executes strategic and tactical plans for assigned portfolio of accounts
Develops a strong understanding of assigned customerâ??s core objectives and challenges to properly meet their needs
Cultivates and sustains long-term relationships with key employees of assigned customers at all appropriate levels
Participates in the S&OP process by identifying service and product gaps in target markets
Conducts customer fittings, provides shoe measuring as needed and processes related orders
Minimum Requirements :
Demonstrated, successful sales performance including building and maintaining relationships to generate sales through phone and in-person meetings
Proven and successful negotiation, presentation, problem solving and closing skills
Demonstrated ability to develop relevant strategic plans and successfully execute related tactical objectives
5+ years of proven and successful B2B sales management with large account experience
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Command of interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
Strong organizational and planning skills
Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectives
Proficient with Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to learn and competently use business related software including company CRM
Current valid driverâ??s license with a safe driving record
30%-70% travel required
Education :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field of study
