Customer Service Specialist Job Opening in Miami, Florida - Ride2MD is a patient focused Non-Emergency Healthcare Transportation solution provider. We ensure patients get to their medical appointments or anywhere else quickly and safely. We combine personalized customer service and specially trained drivers to eliminate gaps in medical care caused by transportation. Ride2MD and its network of transport providers keep healthcare costs low and increase access to medical services all the while improving customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative, our main focus is to provide an exemplary customer service experience to our valued clients, travel providers and patients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will service multiple channels, including Phone, E-mail and chat, to ensure our patient and client transportation needs are met.
The CSR job starts at the moment of answering a phone call and greeting the caller
A confident, friendly greeting is the way a phone call is answered in the Customer Service department at Ride2MD
Each member of the Customer Service Team must exhibit a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to provide customer satisfaction
Each CSR is expected to listen carefully to each of the callers they interact with. When a question is asked or a concern is expressed, the CSR must show an understanding of the callers purpose by restating the purpose of the call
When there is doubt or a lack of clarity regarding a caller?s need, politely asking clarifying or probing questions are encouraged. These steps demonstrate a willingness to assist and passion for excellence toward our caller
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Each CSR must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Strong analytical abilities and decision making
Being detail oriented is a must. The ability to listen to a caller and establish a clear understanding of the caller concern, communicate effectively and display a willingness to resolve any issue in a timely fashion
A CSR is expected to resolve caller complaints and ease any unpleasant situations a caller may have. It is important to be pleasant, patient and display a friendly attitude
Listen and respond to callers needs and concerns quickly
Accurately provide information about Ride2MD products and services
Review and update passenger profiles in the CRM
Summarize the interactions with our callers and accurately update concerns and actions taken to resolve concerns in the Ride2MD CRM
Requirements:
2 years of customer service experience.
Professional demeanor and work ethic
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Excellent data entry and internet navigation skills
Clear, distinct oral and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm in less than calm circumstances
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility, versatility, and reliability as a team player
Bi-lingual, English and Spanish speaking representatives are preferred
Familiarity with computers and the Microsoft Suite of products, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook
PLUS
Experience in a healthcare or healthcare transportation
Experience in transportation logistics or dispatch
The ability to navigate CRM, Customer Relationship Management systems
